"Pretty steady overall"
It’s been a safe ride for me so far. Most days it feels stable and easy to deal with, and I haven’t had much trouble with this or that.

"Great battery for my daily commute"
I’ve been happy with this so far. The battery life is better than I expected and easily gets me to work and back without stressing about it dying. My brother even tried it out and was surprised by how long it lasted. The only downside is that it takes a bit longer to charge than I’d like, but overall I’d give it 4 stars

"Support actually helped..."
I had a small issue with my scooter order, so I reached out to support... they got back to me quickly. They fixed it without turning it into some big hassle, which I really appreciated. Nice to deal with a company that actually responds.

"Showed Up Way Faster Than Expected"
It came way faster than I thought it would, which almost never happens anymore. I was fully prepared to wait around and keep checking tracking like a maniac, but nope, it just showed up early. Not complaining at all, just pleasantly surprised for once

"I’ve been using this for my commute…"
I’ve been using this for my commute, it’s been a solid experience. The ride feels smooth on most roads, and the deck is comfortable enough that I don’t feel worn out by the time I get where I’m going. On rougher paths, you can still feel some bumps and shaking, so it’s not perfect, but that’s kind of expected. Overall, I’m happy with it and feel like it’s been reliable for everyday use.

"Got the parts I needed, mostly easy"
I was needing a new brake handle and some screws for my Joyor scooter, and on the site I found them easy. Not every part was there in stock, but most of the usual common stuff, they had it. Delivery was a few days longer than I was hoping, but the parts fit fine and saved me from going to a repair shop. Would be 5 stars if the stock info was a little more clear

"Works, but I’m not totally convinced"
The scooter does work and it gets me around, but I’m a bit suspicious of the overall build quality. After only a few rides, the handlebar started feeling loose, and some of the plastic parts already rattle. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot more solid. Makes me wonder how well it’ll hold up over time.

"Plenty of Power for Daily Rides"
I bought my Joyor mostly for the motor power, it hasn’t disappointed. It pulls really well, even on smaller hills, and it definitely doesn’t feel weak like my old scooter did. The ride is smooth, it’s quick enough for everyday use, and so far I’m really happy with it

"I’m genuinely pleased with my Joyor…"
I’m genuinely pleased with my Joyor scooter so far. It folds down quickly and fits in the boot of my car without any drama, which is a big plus. I also carry it up to my flat, and while it’s not feather-light, it’s definitely manageable. Overall, it’s made my everyday trips a lot easier and a bit more enjoyable too.

I ordered my scooter and it arrived right on the day they said it would. The tracking worked fine for me, which I always appreciate because I like knowing where my stuff is. The box had a small dent when it showed up, but everything inside was totally fine, so I’m happy with it overall...

"Range is about what I expected"
I’ve been using my Joyor mostly for getting to work, and so far it’s been a good experience. The real-world range for me is around 35–40 km, depending on how many hills I hit and how fast I’m riding, which is close to what I was hoping for. No issues so far, though I do wish the instructions were a bit clearer when getting started

"Setup Was More Frustrating Than It Should’ve Been"
I did eventually get it put together, but the whole setup took way longer than expected. The instructions weren’t very clear, and a few of the screws just didn’t seem to line up the way they were supposed to. Kind of feels like this wasn’t checked very carefully before being packed up. It works now, but getting there was a hassle

I don’t know, I was expecting a bit more for the price. It’s not terrible or anything, but after using it I kept thinking about how much I paid and whether it really feels worth it. Maybe I just had my hopes up, but it comes across as overpriced for what you actually get.

"Bad Timing and Not Great in the Rain"
Of course, the one time I rode it right after it rained, it started acting weird at the worst possible moment. I really expected it to be sealed better than that. Frustrating timing, because I was counting on it to just work

The braking feels safe and smooth most of the time. It took me about a day to get used to it, but I have not had any issues so far. I do think it could be a little sharper, but overall it has been good.

"Top speed is just okay"
The scooter runs fine overall, but the top speed is a little lower than I expected. It’s not terrible by any means, just not as fast as I was hoping. I also tried reaching out with a question and got transferred around a couple times, which was frustrating. Decent scooter, but I wouldn’t call it super speedy...

"Return process was a headache"
The product itself was okay, but trying to return it was way more frustrating than it needed to be, lots of back and forth, unclear steps, and it just felt like a hassle from start to finish.

"Charges quicker than I thought"
So... my Joyor scooter actually charges faster than I expected. Most of the time it’s ready to go again by the time I need it, which is super convenient. No issues so far, and I’m really happy with it.
